内容概要：Develop a unifying framework that simultaneously accounts for three mechanisms governing the personal income distribution: (1) the two-phase exponential-Pareto distributional form observed in cross-sectional data, (2) demographic change operating through time-varying population age structure, and (3) evolving life-cycle age-income trajectories. The model is built by embedding age-dependent additive-multiplicative income dynamics (extending Nirei and Souma 2007) within an overlapping-generations demographic structure that admits arbitrary, empirically observed population age distributions, generalising Jones (2015) and Reed (2003). My framework generates testable predictions about how demographic transitions reshape the full income distribution and provides a decomposition of inequality dynamics into demographic, life-cycle, and structural components.
